Summer registration will begin on Saturday, April 20th. We will have a new process for summer registration this year which we hope will streamline the process and make it easier for each family to get the lessons scheduled for the summer term. After looking at dozens of scheduling software programs, we’ve determined that SuperSaaS really is the best program for our unique scheduling needs. However, we have discovered that there is a better way for us to use the SuperSaaS scheduling program that we hope makes the process considerably more user-friendly!
Please remember that each student must register for a minimum of 9 lessons in order to continue in the school in the fall term. The summer has 13 weeks, so that allows time for family vacations, summer camps etc. The summer schedule is very flexible, so even a family who may be traveling out of the country for an extended period, can still schedule their 9 lessons during the weeks that they are in town. For those who wish to take more than 9 lessons, you may do that as well.
On April 1st, Patrick Connolly will be send out summer tuition statements. The statement will bill for 9 lessons, but you will have the option to add additional lessons if you wish to. You can pay your tuition in the usual ways, check, ACH payment or credit card. When your summer tuition has been paid, Patrick will add your credit to your SuperSaaS account and send you a confirmation email. If you are new to SuperSaaS, that email will include your username and password.
On registration day, you can access your teacher’s schedule in SuperSaaS by going to WSSTE.com and clicking on the link for summer registration and choose your teacher’s schedule.
When you log into your SuperSaaS account you will see your credit balance on your account in the upper right hand corner. As you schedule each lesson, you will see your account balance diminish until you have all lessons scheduled. If any parents need assistance with the SuperSaaS scheduling software, we have created a tutorial on how to use the SuperSaaS program.
